Trenlandia – Privacy Policy

Trenlandia is a game for young children (ages 4–7), made by Denys Borysevych ("we", "us"). We designed it to collect as little as possible. This policy explains what happens to data when your child plays.

Information we collect

We do not collect any personal information. The game has no accounts, no sign-in, no chat and no contact with other players, and we do not run our own servers or analytics. The app does not use the camera, the microphone, photos, contacts or location, and it does not read the advertising identifier.

Game progress (the railway your child has built, towns served, stars, engines, trophies, passport stamps, the Free Ride land and the puzzle reached) and settings (language, sound, music, voice) are stored only on the device. They are deleted when you uninstall the app, and a grown-up can start a new world at any time in the settings, behind the parental gate.

Voice

Instructions are read aloud by the text-to-speech voice that is built into your device. No voice data is recorded or sent to us. If a voice for a language isn't installed, your device may download it directly from your device manufacturer (for example Apple or Google) the first time it is needed, like any other app that uses text-to-speech.

Advertising

The game is free and shows a small number of ads provided by Google AdMob: a small banner on the title screen and, now and then, a full-screen ad at a natural break, never while playing. Every ad request is marked as directed to children (COPPA and Google Play Families Policy), non-personalized and limited to content rated for general audiences. We do not collect or use your advertising identifier (IDFA/AAID) for ad targeting; the Android app does not even ask for it.

To show and measure ads, Google's SDK may process limited technical information such as IP address (for approximate location), device type, operating system and app interactions with the ad. Google handles this information under its own policies: policies.google.com/privacy.

In-app purchases and links

There are no in-app purchases. Settings are protected by a parental gate.

Children's privacy

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the GDPR-K and the Google Play Families Policy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe any has been collected, contact us and we will delete it.

Trenlandia es un juego para niños pequeños (de 4 a 7 años), creado por Denys Borysevych ("nosotros"). Lo diseñamos para recoger lo mínimo posible. Esta política explica qué pasa con los datos mientras tu peque juega.

Información que recogemos

No recogemos ninguna información personal. El juego no tiene cuentas, ni inicio de sesión, ni chat, ni contacto con otros jugadores, y no usamos servidores propios ni herramientas de analítica. La app no usa la cámara, el micrófono, las fotos, los contactos ni la ubicación, y no lee el identificador de publicidad.

El progreso del juego (el ferrocarril que ha construido tu peque, los pueblos atendidos, estrellas, locomotoras, trofeos, sellos del pasaporte, la tierra del Paseo libre y el puzle alcanzado) y los ajustes (idioma, sonido, música, voz) se guardan solo en el dispositivo. Se borran al desinstalar la app, y una persona adulta puede empezar un mundo nuevo en cualquier momento en los ajustes, tras el control parental.

Voz

Las instrucciones las lee en voz alta la voz de texto a voz integrada en tu dispositivo. No se graba ni se nos envía ningún dato de voz. Si no hay una voz instalada para un idioma, tu dispositivo puede descargarla directamente de su fabricante (por ejemplo Apple o Google) la primera vez que haga falta, como con cualquier otra app que use texto a voz.

El juego es gratis y muestra pocos anuncios de Google AdMob: un pequeño banner en la pantalla de título y, de vez en cuando, un anuncio a pantalla completa en una pausa natural, nunca mientras se juega. Cada solicitud de anuncio se marca como dirigida a niños (COPPA y Política de Familias de Google Play), no personalizada y limitada a contenido apto para todos los públicos. No recogemos ni usamos tu identificador de publicidad (IDFA/AAID) para segmentar anuncios; la app de Android ni siquiera lo pide.

Para mostrar y medir los anuncios, el SDK de Google puede procesar información técnica limitada, como la dirección IP (para una ubicación aproximada), el tipo de dispositivo, el sistema operativo y las interacciones con el anuncio. Google trata esta información según sus propias políticas: policies.google.com/privacy.

Compras y enlaces

No hay compras dentro de la app. Los ajustes están protegidos con un control parental.

Privacidad infantil

Cumplimos la ley COPPA, el RGPD para menores y la Política de Familias de Google Play. No recogemos a sabiendas información personal de niños. Si crees que se ha recogido alguna, escríbenos y la borraremos.

Cambios

Si esta política cambia, actualizaremos la fecha de arriba en esta misma dirección.

Trenlandia — це гра для малят (4–7 років), створена Денисом Борисевичем («ми»). Ми створили її так, щоб вона збирала якомога менше. Ця політика пояснює, що відбувається з даними, коли грає ваша дитина.

Яку інформацію ми збираємо

Ми не збираємо жодної персональної інформації. У грі немає облікових записів, входу, чату й контакту з іншими гравцями, а власних серверів чи аналітики ми не використовуємо. Застосунок не користується камерою, мікрофоном, фото, контактами чи геолокацією і не зчитує рекламний ідентифікатор.

Прогрес у грі (залізниця, яку збудувала дитина, обслужені містечка, зірки, локомотиви, трофеї, штампи в паспорті, країна Вільної їзди й досягнута головоломка) та налаштування (мова, звук, музика, голос) зберігаються лише на пристрої. Вони видаляються, коли ви видаляєте застосунок, а доросла людина може будь-коли почати новий світ у налаштуваннях, за батьківським замком.

Голос

Інструкції озвучує вбудований у ваш пристрій голос синтезу мовлення. Голосові дані не записуються і не надсилаються нам. Якщо голос для якоїсь мови не встановлено, пристрій може завантажити його безпосередньо від виробника (наприклад, Apple чи Google) при першій потребі, як і для будь-якого іншого застосунку із синтезом мовлення.

Гра безкоштовна й показує невелику кількість реклами від Google AdMob: невеликий банер на головному екрані та зрідка повноекранну рекламу в природній паузі, ніколи під час гри. Кожен запит реклами позначається як спрямований на дітей (COPPA та Політика Google Play для сімей), неперсоналізований і обмежується контентом із рейтингом для всіх вікових груп. Ми не збираємо й не використовуємо ваш рекламний ідентифікатор (IDFA/AAID) для таргетингу реклами; застосунок для Android його навіть не запитує.

Щоб показувати рекламу та вимірювати її ефективність, SDK від Google може обробляти обмежену технічну інформацію, як-от IP-адресу (для визначення приблизного місцезнаходження), тип пристрою, операційну систему та взаємодію із рекламою в застосунку. Google обробляє цю інформацію відповідно до власних правил: policies.google.com/privacy.

Покупки в застосунку та посилання

Покупок у застосунку немає. Налаштування захищені батьківським замком.

Конфіденційність дітей

Ми дотримуємося Закону США про захист конфіденційності дітей в Інтернеті (COPPA), правил GDPR-K щодо дітей та Політики Google Play для сімей. Ми свідомо не збираємо персональну інформацію від дітей. Якщо ви вважаєте, що таку інформацію було зібрано, напишіть нам, і ми її видалимо.
