Style Stars 3D – Privacy Policy

Style Stars 3D is a dress-up and beauty salon game for children. We designed it to collect as little as possible. This policy explains what happens to data when your child plays.

Information we collect

We do not collect any personal information. The game has no accounts, no sign-in, no chat, no camera, no microphone and no contact with other players. It plays offline, and we do not run our own servers, analytics or crash reporting. The only part of the app that uses the internet is advertising (see below).

The dolls your child dresses up and saves (“My Looks”, with a small picture of each look) and the settings (language, sound, voice, graphics) are stored only on the device. They are deleted when you uninstall the app, or with “Delete all saved looks” in the grown-up settings.

Photos and sharing

Children can take photos of their dolls inside the game. A photo only leaves the game if a grown-up presses and holds the share button for two seconds: this opens the device’s own share sheet, and you choose where the photo goes (for example your photo library). If you choose “Save Image”, the device asks for permission to add the photo to your photo library; the game never reads your photos.

Voices

Names of categories and items are spoken by the text-to-speech voices built into your device. Nothing is sent to us. Voices can be turned off in the grown-up settings.

Advertising

The game is free and shows a small number of ads provided by Google AdMob: a banner on the title menu and, from time to time, a full-screen ad at a natural break (going back to the menu, or after saving a look or a photo) — never during play. Every ad request is marked as directed to children (COPPA and the Google Play Families Policy) and as under the age of consent (GDPR), and is limited to content rated for general audiences (G). Ads are non-personalized: they are not based on your child’s interests or behavior, and the app does not access the device’s advertising identifier (IDFA / Android advertising ID) or track users across apps.

To show and measure ads, Google’s SDK may process limited technical information such as IP address (for approximate location), device type, operating system and interactions with the ad. Google handles this information under its own policies for child-directed requests: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

In-app purchases

There are no in-app purchases.

Grown-up gate

The settings and sharing are protected by a grown-up gate (press and hold for a few seconds).

Children’s privacy

We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the GDPR (including its rules for children) and the Google Play Families Policy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe any has been collected, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, note it in the app’s release notes.

Style Stars 3D es un juego de vestir y salón de belleza para niños. Lo diseñamos para recoger lo mínimo posible. Esta política explica qué pasa con los datos mientras tu peque juega.

Información que recogemos

No recogemos ninguna información personal. El juego no tiene cuentas, ni inicio de sesión, ni chat, ni cámara, ni micrófono, ni contacto con otros jugadores. Se juega sin conexión y no usamos servidores propios, analítica ni informes de errores. La única parte de la app que usa internet es la publicidad (ver más abajo).

Los muñecos que tu peque viste y guarda («Mis Looks», con una pequeña imagen de cada look) y los ajustes (idioma, sonido, voz, gráficos) se guardan solo en el dispositivo. Se borran al desinstalar la app o con «Borrar todos los looks» en los ajustes para mayores.

Fotos y compartir

Los niños pueden hacer fotos de sus muñecos dentro del juego. Una foto solo sale del juego si un adulto mantiene pulsado el botón de compartir durante dos segundos: se abre el menú de compartir del propio dispositivo y tú eliges adónde va la foto (por ejemplo, a tu fototeca). Si eliges «Guardar imagen», el dispositivo pide permiso para añadir la foto a tu fototeca; el juego nunca lee tus fotos.

Voces

Los nombres de las categorías y de las prendas los dicen las voces de texto a voz integradas en tu dispositivo. No se nos envía nada. Las voces se pueden apagar en los ajustes para mayores.

El juego es gratuito y muestra unos pocos anuncios de Google AdMob: un banner en el menú principal y, de vez en cuando, un anuncio a pantalla completa en una pausa natural (al volver al menú o después de guardar un look o una foto), nunca mientras se juega. Cada petición de anuncio se marca como dirigida a niños (COPPA y Política de Familias de Google Play) y como menor de la edad de consentimiento (RGPD), y se limita a contenido apto para todos los públicos (G). Los anuncios no son personalizados: no se basan en los intereses ni en el comportamiento de tu peque, y la app no accede al identificador publicitario del dispositivo (IDFA / ID de publicidad de Android) ni hace seguimiento entre apps.

Para mostrar y medir los anuncios, el SDK de Google puede tratar información técnica limitada, como la dirección IP (para una ubicación aproximada), el tipo de dispositivo, el sistema operativo y las interacciones con el anuncio. Google trata esta información según sus propias políticas para peticiones dirigidas a niños: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Compras

No hay compras dentro de la app.

Control parental

Los ajustes y la opción de compartir están protegidos con un control para mayores (mantener pulsado unos segundos).

Privacidad infantil

Cumplimos la ley COPPA, el RGPD (incluidas sus normas para menores) y la Política de Familias de Google Play. No recogemos a sabiendas información personal de niños. Si crees que se ha recogido alguna, escríbenos y la borraremos.

Cambios

Si esta política cambia, actualizaremos la fecha de arriba y, si el cambio es importante, lo indicaremos en las notas de la versión.

Style Stars 3D — це гра-одягалка та салон краси для дітей. Ми створили її так, щоб вона збирала якомога менше. Ця політика пояснює, що відбувається з даними, коли грає ваша дитина.

Яку інформацію ми збираємо

Ми не збираємо жодної персональної інформації. У грі немає облікових записів, входу, чату, камери, мікрофона й контакту з іншими гравцями. Вона працює офлайн, а власних серверів, аналітики чи звітів про збої ми не використовуємо. Єдина частина застосунку, що користується інтернетом, — це реклама (див. нижче).

Ляльки, яких одягає й зберігає ваша дитина («Мої образи», з маленьким зображенням кожного образу), та налаштування (мова, звук, голос, графіка) зберігаються лише на пристрої. Вони видаляються, коли ви видаляєте застосунок, або через «Видалити всі збережені образи» в налаштуваннях для дорослих.

Фото та поширення

Діти можуть фотографувати своїх ляльок у грі. Фото залишає гру лише якщо доросла людина натисне й потримає кнопку «Поділитися» дві секунди: тоді відкривається стандартне меню поширення пристрою, і ви самі обираєте, куди піде фото (наприклад, у фототеку). Якщо ви оберете «Зберегти зображення», пристрій запитає дозвіл додати фото до вашої фототеки; гра ніколи не читає ваших фото.

Голоси

Назви категорій і речей озвучують вбудовані у ваш пристрій голоси синтезу мовлення. Нам нічого не надсилається. Голоси можна вимкнути в налаштуваннях для дорослих.

Гра безкоштовна й показує невелику кількість реклами від Google AdMob: банер у головному меню та зрідка повноекранну рекламу в природній паузі (повернення до меню або після збереження образу чи фото) — ніколи під час гри. Кожен запит реклами позначається як спрямований на дітей (COPPA та Політика Google Play для сімей) і як такий, що стосується осіб молодше віку згоди (GDPR), та обмежується контентом із рейтингом для всіх вікових груп (G). Реклама неперсоналізована: вона не ґрунтується на інтересах чи поведінці вашої дитини, а застосунок не звертається до рекламного ідентифікатора пристрою (IDFA / рекламний ID Android) і не відстежує користувачів між застосунками.

Щоб показувати рекламу та вимірювати її ефективність, SDK від Google може обробляти обмежену технічну інформацію, як-от IP-адресу (для визначення приблизного місцезнаходження), тип пристрою, операційну систему та взаємодію з рекламою. Google обробляє цю інформацію відповідно до власних правил для запитів, спрямованих на дітей: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Покупок у застосунку немає.

Захист для дорослих

Налаштування та поширення захищені замком для дорослих (потрібно натиснути й потримати кілька секунд).

Конфіденційність дітей

Ми дотримуємося Закону США про захист конфіденційності дітей в Інтернеті (COPPA), GDPR (зокрема його правил щодо дітей) та Політики Google Play для сімей. Ми свідомо не збираємо персональну інформацію від дітей. Якщо ви вважаєте, що таку інформацію було зібрано, напишіть нам, і ми її видалимо.

Зміни

Якщо ця політика зміниться, ми оновимо дату вище, а про суттєві зміни повідомимо в примітках до випуску застосунку.
