Hello Nomi! – Privacy Policy

Hello Nomi! is an English-learning game for young children (ages 3–7). We designed it to collect as little as possible. This policy explains what happens to data when your child plays.
Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information. The game has no accounts, no sign-in, no chat, no photos or camera and no contact with other players. We do not run our own servers or analytics.
Game progress (lessons finished, words learned, Nomi's presents) and settings (language, sound, voices, microphone) are stored only on the device and are deleted when you uninstall the app or use "Start over" in the parent settings.
Microphone
Children can say English words to Nomi, and Nomi repeats them in a funny voice. For this, the app asks for microphone permission. The microphone is used only while Nomi is listening (a few seconds, shown on screen with an ear). The sound is kept in the device's memory, played back once in the Nomi voice, and then deleted. It is never saved, never analyzed or turned into text, and never sent anywhere — not to us and not to anyone else.
The microphone is optional. You can deny the permission, or turn "Talk with Nomi" off in the parent settings; the game still works and your child can simply say the words out loud.
Voices
Nomi's voice and the helper's instructions are spoken by the text-to-speech voices built into your device. Nothing is sent to us.
Advertising
The game is free and shows a small number of ads provided by Google AdMob: a small banner on the home and map screens and, from time to time, a full-screen ad between lessons — never during play. Every ad request is marked as directed to children (COPPA and Google Play Families Policy) and limited to content rated for general audiences (G). Ads are non-personalized: they are not based on your child's interests or behavior, and the app does not access the device advertising identifier (IDFA / Android advertising ID) or track users across apps.
To show and measure ads, Google's SDK may process limited technical information such as IP address (for approximate location), device type, operating system and app interactions with the ad. Google handles this information under its own policies for child-directed requests: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
In-app purchases and links
There are no in-app purchases. Parent settings are protected by a parental gate.
Children's privacy
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the GDPR-K and the Google Play Families Policy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe any has been collected, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, note it in the app's release notes.

¡Hello Nomi! es un juego para aprender inglés pensado para niños pequeños (de 3 a 7 años). Lo diseñamos para recoger lo mínimo posible. Esta política explica qué pasa con los datos mientras tu peque juega.
Información que recogemos
No recogemos ninguna información personal. El juego no tiene cuentas, ni inicio de sesión, ni chat, ni fotos o cámara, ni contacto con otros jugadores. No usamos servidores propios ni herramientas de analítica.
El progreso (lecciones terminadas, palabras aprendidas, regalos de Nomi) y los ajustes (idioma, sonido, voces, micrófono) se guardan solo en el dispositivo y se borran al desinstalar la app o al usar "Empezar de nuevo" en los ajustes para padres.
Micrófono
Los niños pueden decirle palabras en inglés a Nomi, y Nomi las repite con una voz graciosa. Para eso, la app pide permiso para usar el micrófono. El micrófono solo se usa mientras Nomi escucha (unos segundos, y se ve en pantalla con una oreja). El sonido se guarda en la memoria del dispositivo, se reproduce una vez con la voz de Nomi y después se borra. Nunca se guarda, nunca se analiza ni se convierte en texto y nunca se envía a ningún sitio: ni a nosotros ni a nadie.
El micrófono es opcional. Puedes denegar el permiso o apagar "Hablar con Nomi" en los ajustes para padres; el juego sigue funcionando y tu peque puede decir las palabras en voz alta igualmente.
Voces
La voz de Nomi y las instrucciones las dicen las voces de texto a voz integradas en tu dispositivo. No se nos envía nada.
Publicidad
El juego es gratis y muestra pocos anuncios de Google AdMob: un banner pequeño en la pantalla de inicio y en el mapa y, de vez en cuando, un anuncio a pantalla completa entre lecciones, nunca durante el juego. Cada solicitud de anuncio se marca como dirigida a niños (COPPA y Política de Familias de Google Play) y se limita a contenido apto para todos los públicos (G). Los anuncios no son personalizados: no se basan en los intereses ni en el comportamiento de tu peque, y la app no accede al identificador publicitario del dispositivo (IDFA / ID de publicidad de Android) ni sigue a los usuarios entre apps.
Para mostrar y medir los anuncios, el SDK de Google puede procesar información técnica limitada, como la dirección IP (para una ubicación aproximada), el tipo de dispositivo, el sistema operativo y las interacciones con el anuncio. Google trata esta información según sus propias políticas para solicitudes dirigidas a niños: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Compras y enlaces
No hay compras dentro de la app. Los ajustes para padres están protegidos con un control parental.
Privacidad infantil
Cumplimos la ley COPPA, el RGPD para menores y la Política de Familias de Google Play. No recogemos a sabiendas información personal de niños. Si crees que se ha recogido alguna, escríbenos y la borraremos.
Cambios
Si esta política cambia, actualizaremos la fecha de arriba y, si el cambio es importante, lo indicaremos en las notas de la versión.

Hello Nomi! — це гра для вивчення англійської для малят (3–7 років). Ми створили її так, щоб вона збирала якомога менше. Ця політика пояснює, що відбувається з даними, коли грає ваша дитина.
Яку інформацію ми збираємо
Ми не збираємо жодної персональної інформації. У грі немає облікових записів, входу, чату, фото чи камери й контакту з іншими гравцями. Ми не використовуємо власних серверів чи аналітики.
Прогрес у грі (пройдені уроки, вивчені слова, подарунки Номі) та налаштування (мова, звук, голоси, мікрофон) зберігаються лише на пристрої та видаляються, коли ви видаляєте застосунок або обираєте в батьківських налаштуваннях «Почати спочатку».
Мікрофон
Діти можуть вимовляти англійські слова Номі, а Номі повторює їх смішним голосом. Для цього застосунок запитує дозвіл на мікрофон. Мікрофон використовується лише доки Номі слухає (кілька секунд, на екрані з’являється вухо). Звук зберігається в пам’яті пристрою, один раз відтворюється голосом Номі, а потім видаляється. Його ніколи не зберігають, не аналізують і не перетворюють на текст, і ніколи нікуди не надсилають — ні нам, ні будь-кому іншому.
Мікрофон необов’язковий. Ви можете не надавати дозвіл або вимкнути «Розмову з Номі» в батьківських налаштуваннях; гра все одно працює, а дитина може просто вимовляти слова вголос.
Голоси
Голос Номі та підказки помічника озвучують вбудовані у ваш пристрій голоси синтезу мовлення. Нам нічого не надсилається.
Реклама
Гра безкоштовна й показує невелику кількість реклами від Google AdMob: невеликий банер на головному екрані та на карті і зрідка повноекранну рекламу між уроками — ніколи під час гри. Кожен запит реклами позначається як спрямований на дітей (COPPA та Політика Google Play для сімей) і обмежується контентом із рейтингом для всіх вікових груп (G). Реклама неперсоналізована: вона не ґрунтується на інтересах чи поведінці вашої дитини, а застосунок не звертається до рекламного ідентифікатора пристрою (IDFA / рекламний ID Android) і не відстежує користувачів між застосунками.
Щоб показувати рекламу та вимірювати її ефективність, SDK від Google може обробляти обмежену технічну інформацію, як-от IP-адресу (для визначення приблизного місцезнаходження), тип пристрою, операційну систему та взаємодію із рекламою в застосунку. Google обробляє цю інформацію відповідно до власних правил для запитів, спрямованих на дітей: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Покупки в застосунку та посилання
Покупок у застосунку немає. Батьківські налаштування захищені батьківським замком.
Конфіденційність дітей
Ми дотримуємося Закону США про захист конфіденційності дітей в Інтернеті (COPPA), правил GDPR-K щодо дітей та Політики Google Play для сімей. Ми свідомо не збираємо персональну інформацію від дітей. Якщо ви вважаєте, що таку інформацію було зібрано, напишіть нам, і ми її видалимо.
Зміни
Якщо ця політика зміниться, ми оновимо дату вище, а про суттєві зміни повідомимо в примітках до випуску застосунку.
